GitLab MCP Server 覆盖了日常在 GitLab 上做的大部分事：读写 issue 和 merge request、看 CI 流水线状态和日志、浏览仓库文件、发评论。
最实用的是排查 CI 失败——直接问「最近这条流水线为什么挂了」，AI 自己拉日志定位到失败的 job 和报错行，不用你点进 GitLab 一层层翻。
为什么用它
适合：团队用 GitLab 而不是 GitHub 的开发者——GitHub 那边生态成熟，GitLab 这边选择少，这个是采用度最高的社区实现之一。
接入前注意：需要 GitLab Personal Access Token。scope 按需给，只读场景 read_api 就够，别直接给 api 全权限。
